Ok. my 1st goal is to be able to get a bracelet that Avon is offering to the sales Reps. It is worth only $35, but it is for Avon's 130 year anniversary. In order to achieve this goal I need to sell a total of $801 by Campaign 4 (just finished C2, and have only done $217 so far) If there is anything you need please either let me know or order it directly from youravon.com/astansbury. Personal goals are to drink more water everyday, lose weight (ideally at least 40lbs if not more by August) by finding an exercise that I enjoy doing and eating less garbage and more veggies, more reading (find a plan and stick to it for reading the Bible). Throw out at least 10 things a day that we don't need. Get rid of the dogs (find people that want them and will take care of them).
Business goals other than the bracelet : to get 5 new customers a month, to have sold the $10,000 to make president's club by C26 (If I do that next year I am guaranteed to make 45% on in person sales, and 25% of online sales that are not on special), to find at least one group that wants to do a fundraiser (I can offer 45% of sales total as the monies raised) (I can do tax exempt fund raisers or for individuals as well(non tax exempt will need to collect taxes)) To have both my Avon, and Kenn's courier service records kept up to date to ensure that come tax season next year things will go smoothly.
Goals for the house and family: Get Robert to take more responsibility for his school work. To clean for at least 2 hours a day. To encourage the kids to do things around the house (like give them a weekly chore list to take care of) .
